I’ll expand on what MonsieurX said and focus on a new monitor. If your setup is stable and handling everything you throw at it, stick with it for now.
The Kaby Lake improvements are mostly for those running without a dedicated card (better onboard 4k, HDMI 2.0), with only a 200ish MHz boost over what you’re running now

I would wait one more gen for the 200 motherboard series and see how the new Optane stuff performs.

I concur, input and output devices are where my money would go. At this point, you’ve got a silly fast rig, no need to dump more cash into making it go faster, make it look nicer and be nicer to use.

OK, so in that case, I’d personally go 4K on at least one head, or failing that, 1440p G-sync.
Alternately, time to get yourself a wheel. G29, maybe?
